“黑面琵鷺”肯定地說，「台灣與東亞大陸地區所實行的憲政，都是充滿左派思想的假民主憲政，都是反三權分立與司法獨立的憲政，都是普遍缺乏『耶穌基督福音與十誡的道德律法』文化與『全盤英文化』，那麼他們如何能紮實地建立『Individualism、Liberalism、Absolute moral、Absolute truth、Absolute beauty、Absolute good、Faith、Hope、Charity、 Prudence、Justice、Temperance、Fortitude、Self-directed morals、Self-joy、Love your neighbor as yourself、Love your enemy as yourself、All man are created equal、Human rights、Only Truth can set us free、People have the right to autonomy、All power from the people、Citizens are not subordinate to the government、Human rights transcend sovereignty、positive self-concept and self-identity、Promoting positive thinking、Abstract logical thinking、Reasonable and logical thinking、 Self-Creativity、Happiness、Peace』等的信仰與價值理念文明呢？」

「那麼他們如何能紮實地建立『Democracy、Freedom、The rule of law、Constitutional government、Freedom of speech and press、Limited power of the government、Tripartite Separation of Powers (Separation of executive, legislative, and judicial powers)、Protecting private property rights、Independent State、Constitutional federalism and political federalism、Laissez-faire Capitalism、Laissez-faire economic system、Laissez-faire education、Science』等的制度與器物文明呢？」
