熊貓對黑面琵鷺說，「我觀察台灣的選舉文化後，我認為台灣的經驗是大陸的榜樣，因此我提出：台灣的今天，大陸的明天！」

黑面琵鷺不同意地說，「台灣的今天，不應該是大陸的明天；美國的今天，才是大陸的明天，不是嗎？」

「光搞選舉文化，並不等於可以杜絕『金主、財團、資金、媒體、樁腳、地區派系、黑道、黑金、人情、利益交換、酬庸、黨派派系、黨國政治、買票、賄選、輔選黨員』等文化綁選舉文化；並不等於可以可以杜絕『選舉綁政治、政治綁權力與行政資源、權力與行政資源導致貪腐文化、絕對的權力絕對的腐敗』等問題；並不等於可以全面地推動『愛人與愛土地的文化、還原歷史與土地的文化、美國式的民主與自由教育、道德的文化與政治、求真相與正義的文化、制定美國式的新憲法、縮小總統權力、三權分立憲政、司法獨立、廉政公署、陽光法案、小政府與大社會、全面廢除國營企業制、自由化的經濟與教育、全盤Laissez-faire Capitalism、全盤Laissez-faire economic system、全盤Laissez-faire education、全盤廢除漢文化與漢文字、全盤美式英文化』等重要工作，不是嗎？」

「台灣與東亞大陸各地區，都普遍缺乏『耶穌基督的福音與十誡的道德律法』文化、『全盤美國憲政化』與『全盤美式英文化』，它們需要紮實地建立『Individualism、Liberalism、Absolute moral、Absolute truth、Absolute beauty、Absolute good、Faith、Hope、Charity、 Prudence、Justice、Temperance、Fortitude、Self-directed morals、Self-joy、Love your neighbor as yourself、Love your enemy as yourself、All man are created equal、Human rights、Only Truth can set us free、People have the right to autonomy、All power from the people、Citizens are not subordinate to the government、Human rights transcend sovereignty、positive self-concept and self-identity、Promoting positive thinking、Abstract logical thinking、Reasonable and logical thinking、 Self-Creativity、Happiness、Peace』等的信仰與價值理念文明，不是嗎？」

「它們需要紮實地建立『Democracy、Freedom、The rule of law、Constitutional government、Freedom of speech and press、Limited power of the government、Tripartite Separation of Powers (Separation of executive, legislative, and judicial powers)、Protecting private property rights、Independent State、Constitutional federalism and political federalism、Laissez-faire Capitalism、Laissez-faire economic system、Laissez-faire education、Science』等的制度與器物文明，不是嗎？」
