在臺灣某小學的國文課堂上，老師問學生對《水滸傳》書的讀後心得，A首先站起來說道，“我最崇拜武松了，他是著名的打虎英雄，他天不怕地不怕，他是真正的強者，他是真正的中華英雄，不是嗎？”突然間，剛從美國轉學來臺讀書的B不同意地站起來說道，“書的《第三十一回》說武松為了報仇，殺死了後槽、兩個丫環，殺死了張團練、蔣門神、張都監、兩名隨從，又殺死了無辜的張夫人、養娘玉蘭、兩個小女孩、兩三個婦女，武松殺完了這些人後竟然還說，‘我方才心滿意足。’，這就是所謂的中華英雄嗎？”
“你知道‘All men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that they are among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.’與‘Fight for individual dignity, love, freedom, justice, liberty, and human rights’的價值理念嗎？”
