在海峽兩岸的國共論壇大門外，熊貓對黑面琵鷺說，“為什麼大陸各地的公安敢私下進行包庇賭、包庇娼與集體貪瀆，而歐美各國的警察卻不敢這麼做？”；黑面琵鷺對熊貓說，“為什麼臺灣各地的警察敢私下進行包庇賭、包庇娼與集體貪瀆，而半世紀前日據時代的日本警察卻不敢這麼做？”螢火蟲氣憤地說，“元末明初陶宗儀的《南村輟耕錄》記載，‘古稱妓爲官婢，亦曰官奴，漢武帝始設營妓，爲官奴之始。’；《史記•宋微子世家》記載，‘十一年秋，湣公與南宮萬獵，因博爭行，湣公怒，辱之’；所謂的中華集體貪瀆文化，包括了人治文化、官本位文化、特權文化、官吃民文化、民上貢官文化、人情文化、謀略文化、藐視法律文化、無道德文化、拍馬屁文化、巧言令色文化、下跪文化、貪瀆文化、走捷徑文化、走後門文化、拉關係文化、玩手腕文化、假大空文化、坑矇拐騙文化、權謀詭詐文化、厚黑文化、請客送禮文化、權錢交易文化、宦奴娼文化、腐敗文化等。”
“經上說，‘And just as they did not approve of holding God in accurate knowledge, God gave them up to a disapproved mental state, to do the things not fitting, filled as they were with all unrighteousness, wickedness, covetousness, badness, being full of envy, murder, strife, deceit, malicious disposition, being whisperers, backbiters, haters of God, insolent, haughty, self-assuming, inventors of injurious things, disobedient to parents, without understanding, false to agreements, having no natural affection, merciless.
