Hugo: 福爾摩沙的陽光

在美國最高法院(the U.S Supreme Court)的建築物前，“被文化殖民的福爾摩沙鳥”問“福爾摩沙的陽光”，「為什麼台灣的『司法不能獨立』、『司法無法代表絕對的正義』、『法院裡沒有絕對的道德』？」

“福爾摩沙的陽光”指著在美國最高法院建築物頂部的“摩西像與摩西像手上的《十誡》”說，「因為台灣的『司法』與『法院』裡沒有《十誡》，不是嗎？」

當他們進入最高法院裡的法庭(The Supreme Court courtroom)時，“被文化殖民的福爾摩沙鳥”又問“福爾摩沙的陽光”，「為什麼直到現在，台灣還無法實行真正的民主？」

“福爾摩沙的陽光”指著“法庭兩扇橡木門的《十誡》雕刻圖案”說，「因為台灣人缺乏信仰《十誡》與『耶穌基督的福音』！美國憲法之父James Madison曾說，『We've staked the whole future of American civilization not on the power of government, far from it. We have staked the future of all our political institutions upon the capacity of each and all of us . . . to Govern ourselves according to the commandments of God. The future and success of America is not in this Constitution, but in the laws of God upon which this Constitution is founded.』；美國建國者Patrick Henry曾說，『It can not be emphasized too strongly or too often that this great nation was founded, not by religionists, but by Christians, not on religions, but on the gospel of Jesus Christ！ 』，台灣現在的教育裡有這些理念嗎？」

在華盛頓D.C（Washington , D.C）的聯邦大樓前，“逐漸失去歷史記憶的福爾摩沙鳥”問“福爾摩沙的陽光”，「為什麼直到現在，台灣還無法出現一部好的憲法？」

“福爾摩沙的陽光”指著“聯邦大樓的《聖經》刻文（Bible verses）”說，「因為台灣人缺乏信仰《十誡》與『耶穌基督的福音』，他們怎麼可能制定出一部好的憲法呢？ 美國憲法是由一群信仰《十誡》與『耶穌基督的福音』的人所制定的（Fifty-two of the 55 founders of the Constitution were members of the established　Orthodox churches in the colonies.），台灣人可以學日本人的經驗，直接採用美國的憲法，不是嗎？」

“逐漸失去歷史記憶的福爾摩沙鳥”又問“福爾摩沙的陽光”，「為什麼直到現在，台灣還無法出現一位偉大的總統？」

“福爾摩沙的陽光”指著“華盛頓D.C某紀念碑的《聖經》刻文（Bible verses）”說，「因為台灣至今還沒有出現過一位真基督徒的總統（嚴家淦是基督徒，但是只是擔任3年的虛位總統）；美國第一任最高法院大法官（The first Supreme Court Justice ）John Jay曾說，『Americans should select and prefer Christians as their rulers.』，台灣何時才能出現一位真基督徒總統？」
