黑面琵鷺提出了意見，「台灣的教育體制與內容，如果至今還沒有上述的價值理念，那麼他們需要的是『最基本的文明化』，否則他們如何能徹底地擺脫『國民黨大漢種族沙文主義文化的獸化』呢？」
