Hugo: 熊貓與飯匙鳥(小小說)

熊貓對飯匙鳥說，「我們大陸是民主國家，我們採行人民民主專政，你能說我們不民主嗎？」

飯匙鳥大笑地說，「你們那種算什麼民主，你們有讓全民選舉嗎？我們台灣有全民選舉，這才算是民主，不是嗎？」

櫻花鉤吻鮭不同意地說，「Democracy不僅僅是一種全民選舉活動，它還包括對‘Absolute moral values、Individualism、Liberalism、Natural human rights、Justice、Love、Humanity、Loving your enemies as yourself、Loving your neighbor as yourself、Unconditionally forgiving other people、Democracy、Freedom、All men are created equal、Rule of law、All power belongs to the people、Spirit of liberty、True blessedness、Freeman、The Separation of the three powers(executive, legislative and judicial)、Human rights transcending sovereignty、Sovereign power is in the people and guarantee civil rights、People have the right of self-determination、People have the right to establish a nation、People have the right of autonomy、People have the right to establish a Constitution、Laissez-faire economy、Limited power of the government、Small government、People have the inalienable right to choose their public officials and to dismiss them、All of the people shall be respected as individuals、All public officials are servants、People have the right of revolution、 Peace與People have the right to live, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness’等價值理念的信仰，不是嗎？」

「台灣與大陸的Democracy，是五十步笑百步的差別；然而，台灣與美國的Democracy，是五十步與萬步的差別，不是嗎？」

「那些‘不敬畏God、不信仰耶穌的福音與道德理念、不遵守十誡’的人，他們如何能有真正的‘Good soul、Good mind、Good heart、Good will、Good spirit、Good conscience、Humanity、Individualism、Liberalism、Absolute moral values、Absolute righteousness、Absolute justice、 Self-Creativity、Self-defense、Self-responsibility、Self-evaluation、Self-confidence、Self-directed morals、Self-directed consciousness、Self-enforced orientation’ 等意識，他們如何能實行真正的Constitutional democracy？」
