在台灣的中華文化蛇洞裡，泥壁上高掛著“衙門六扇開，有理無錢莫進來”、“衙門八字朝南開，有理無錢莫進來”、“衙門深似海”的牌子，牌子下，文人蛇對蔣宋扁蛇說，“台灣可否學習香港設立‘廉政公署’，這樣不就可以徹底地解決台灣到處是貪腐、行賄、受賄與司法黃牛的問題了嗎？”；蔣宋扁蛇大笑地說，“你想在全民大貪腐與大賄選的台灣設立‘廉政公署’，那不就是未來的‘按件計價的貪腐公署’嗎？”螢火蟲氣憤地說，“主耶穌基督說，‘You must love Jehovah your God with your whole heart and with your whole soul and with your whole mind. This is the greatest and first commandment. The second, like it, is this, You must love your neighbor as yourself. On these two commandments the whole Law hangs, and the Prophets.’ (Mt 22:37-40)，如果沒有‘Jehovah's commandments and Jesus' gospel’(1 John 1:5-10; 1 John 4:7-21; Exo 20：2-17; Deu 5:6-21)的信仰，你如何能將蛇變成人？你如何能建立‘Individual dignity, love, justice, liberty, freedom, Human Rights, peace, joy, and happiness’與‘Liberal Democracy(Constitutional Democracy)’的文化？”
