“如果竇娥不接受‘Jehovah's Commmandments(《Ten Commandments》)’與‘主耶穌基督愛的福音’，那麼竇娥如何能恢復人的真實臉孔與‘Living In The Truth’？那麼竇娥如何能構想出真正的Democratic constitution and Democratic Charter(指完全符合美國《五月花號公約》、《維吉尼亞權利法案》、《獨立宣言》等文件的精神理念)？那麼竇娥如何能消滅這些盤據在東亞大陸土地上的‘吃人的大紅龍’？那麼竇娥如何能有正義的地方談真正的Democratic constitution and Democratic Charter？那麼竇娥如何能建構出真正的Liberal Democracy(Constitutional Democracy)？”
