Hugo:Transformers(Japanese) vs. Shepherds(Americans)

How did Japan become the second large economic country after World War II? I believe that the reasons are as followings:

1. Japan has same State Constitutions as USA. America has more than two-hundred year experience of constitutional democracy. Therefore, Japan got the benefits from this.

2. Japan saved a lot of military cost on national defense and developing weapon since American troops garrisoned in Japan. So Japan can focus on developing economics without spending money on expensive national defense.

3. American government provides a lot of supporting sources for Japan, such as providing science and technology skills, money, loans, human resources, equipments, goods, etc.

4. Japan is highly benefited by World bank and G 6 (free country) which always provides a lot of international financing funding and SWAP to Japan.

5. Learning quality management by Dr. W. Edwards Deming’s “14 points of quality management”, who is the “Father of quality management”. The knowledge of quality management helps Japan manufacture quality products and earns great and highly reputation by selling the goods to the whole world.

6. Japanese are serious and hardworking people. This character helps Japan become a successful economical country.

7. Whereas, the bad part of Japan, generally Japanese are not really happy people. They are lacking of “the Spirit of Individualism and Liberalism”. They are influenced by Asian traditional culture, such as collectivism, ranking concept, racialism, etc. These are very negative traditional Culture which leads Japanese to unhappy lives. Japanese are working very hard and busy all day long, they do not enjoy the spirits of the life at all.

With inheriting the American Constitution, which includes American spirit of liberty, therefore, Japan becomes the second largest economy country in the whole world.

But lacking of individualism, liberalism, love, forgiveness, reconciliation and joy of American spirits, (coming from spirits of Jesus) leads Japan facing a serious cultural problem now.

This is the main reason that Japan will never produce the Disney style animations and the movie, Such as “High school musical” or “Horton Hears a Who”.
