在大旱的鳥園裡，有一群鳥正在選美，它們想爭當“中華第一鳥”，它們在舞臺上爭相發表了藏有種族血緣意識的選美演講，孫文鳥說，“我在1894年創立興中會時，提出‘ 驅逐韃虜，恢復中華，建立合眾政府’，因此我在1912年成立了‘中華民國’，英文為‘Republic Of China’(漢譯:中國共和國)；聽說，現在竟然有一些鳥主張成立‘大中華聯邦共和國、大中華民主共和國、大中華民主國’，這些鳥不就是現代的文抄公嗎？”
毛澤東鳥說，“我共產黨在1922年7月16日至23日時，發表了《中國共產黨第二次全國大會宣言》，並提出成立‘中華聯邦共和國’的構想，因此我共產黨在1949年成立了‘中華人民共和國’，英文為‘The People's Republic of China’(漢譯:中國人的共和國)；聽說，現在那些起草《零八憲章》的鳥也提出了建立‘中華聯邦共和國’的想法，這些鳥不就是現代的‘拿來主義’嗎？”
鳥園外的螢火蟲氣憤地說，“這群大一統鳥，只會往過去與黑暗處看，而不會往美國與光明處看，只能習慣性地穿著‘中國’、‘中華’、‘華夏種族沙文主義’、‘華夏種族化主義’、 ‘華夏種族統治中心主義’、‘華夏種族中央集權主義’、‘華夏種族帝國主義’等小鞋選美，它們如何能建立真正的聯邦呢？”
“這群大一統鳥，怎麼可以用‘共和國’來理解‘Republic’？《史記•周本紀》記載，‘召公、周公二相行政，號曰共和’，‘共和’不就是西周大一統時代的‘專制’政治嗎？‘共和國’不就是繼承西周時代的‘大一統專制國’嗎？”
“它們怎麼不明白‘華夏種族統治的大一統國’是‘State’而不是‘聯邦’？‘Republic Of China’與‘The People's Republic of China’是‘State’(Anti-democratic State, 本質是A non-legitimate authoritarian regime)而不是‘聯邦’，也不等於‘United States of Asia’；就如同‘California Republic、Republic of Hawaii、Republic of Texas、Colorado Republic、North Carolina Republic、Arizona Republic’等，是‘State’(Independent State)而不是‘聯邦’，這群大一統鳥怎麼不能區別呢？”
“從‘California Republic、Republic of Hawaii、Republic of Texas、Colorado Republic、North Carolina Republic、Arizona Republic’等，發展到‘The United States of America’，它需要的是‘In God We Trust’、‘Liberty’與‘E PLURIBUS UNUM’(合眾為一)等理念(美國的25分硬幣上的文字)，這群大一統鳥何時才能明白呢？”
“‘United States of Asia’必須建立在‘Individualism, Liberalism, Freeman, Individual person, Independent person, ,Individual freedom, Self-dignity, Self-control, Self-government, Self-responsibility, Self-protection, Self-defense, Self-happiness, Self-directed morals, Self-enforced orientation, Independent States, Limited Government, The rule of law, Tripartite Separation of Powers, People have the right to establish a nation, People have the right to autonomy, People have the right to establish a Constitution, All power from the people, Citizens are not subordinate to the government, Human rights transcend sovereignty, Spirit of Liberty, In God We Trust, E PLURIBUS UNUM’等理念上，這群經常穿著七雙小鞋的大一統鳥何時才能理解呢？”
