辜鴻銘喪屍蛇說，“民國進入了一個群氓時代，辛亥革命推翻了一個人的特權，卻帶來了更多人的特權，一個真皇帝被趕下了臺，更多的軍頭、土皇帝們卻迅速崛起，對老百姓的魚肉也是有過之而無不及，不是嗎？”
