大紅龍族的農曆年快到了，在美國的孔子學院正忙著組織來自東亞大陸與台灣的學生排演唱 “茉莉花” 的歌；突然間，禮堂響起了學生合唱的歌聲，“好一朵美麗的茉莉花，好一朵美麗的茉莉花，芬芳美麗滿枝椏，又香又白人人誇，讓我來將你摘下，送給別人家，茉莉花呀！茉莉花！”禮堂外，有兩位學生家長正在傾聽學生合唱的歌聲，當學生唱到“讓我來將你摘下，送給別人家”時，一位來自東亞大陸的學生家長氣憤地對一位懂漢語的美國學生家長說，“為啥好的花一定要送給別人家？要不是大陸的教育充滿了專制、暴力、謊言與仇恨，要不是中華文化充滿了毒素，要不是我不要讓孩子成為中華文化的犧牲品，我為啥要千辛萬苦地離開家鄉與陪我孩子來美讀書呢？”
那位懂漢語的美國學生家長微笑地說，“Benjamin franklin說，‘Freedom is not a gift bestowed upon us by other men, but a right that belongs to us by the laws of God and nature.’、‘Without freedom of thought there can be no such thing as wisdom; and no such thing as public liberty, without freedom of speech.’、‘In free governments, the rulers are the servants and the people their superiors and sovereigns.’、‘Only a virtuous people are capable of freedom. As nations become more corrupt and vicious, they have more need of masters.’、‘The Constitution only gives people the right to pursue happiness. You have to catch it yourself.’、‘Where liberty dwells, there is my country.’ ，這些美國的立國理念，妳明白嗎？”
“妳太幸運了！妳能讓自己與家人擁有‘All men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness’與‘Spirit of Liberty’的理念實質，妳應該完全地感謝Our Jehovah God and Lord Jesus Christ，不是嗎？”
“既然妳不要讓孩子接受大紅龍文化的迫害，既然妳不要讓孩子成為中華文化的犧牲品，既然妳如此地痛恨中華文化的毒素，那麼妳為什麼還要送妳的孩子來這邪惡的地方學大紅龍國的文化、文字與語言？妳應該盡快送妳的孩子去參加‘Bible study’，不是嗎？”
