Ps 1, “United States English”代表人類進步的文化，代表人類“Spirit of Liberty”的文化，代表人類“Motherland of Spirit of Liberty” ，也承載了人類最多的高級科學、邏輯學、憲政學、新知識與進步文明; “漢文字與漢語言”代表人類落後的文化，代表人類“Anti-spirit of liberty”的文化，代表人類“Motherland of Despotic culture”，也承載了人類最多的暴力、謊言、專制、邪惡與愚蠢文化。
