Hugo: ROC與PRC都是非經“住民自決與住民立憲”的非法政權

從美國《五月花號公約》、《維吉尼亞權利法案》、《獨立宣言》等三分文件,你可以得知ROC與PRC都是未經“住民自決、住民自治與住民立憲”的非法政權!

美國《五月花號公約》充分體現了“住民自決、住民自治與住民立憲”的理念;美國《維吉尼亞權利法案》充分體現了“Independent State”的理念(The Virginia Declaration of Rights has been called the first American bill of rights.);美國《獨立宣言》充分體現了“人人被創造平等的、人享有造位主所賦予的某些不可被剝奪的權利(生命權、自由權、追其幸福的權利等) 、人民有建立政府權與革命權”等的理念!

由於普遍的東亞大陸與台灣人,並不能真正地理解這三分文件裡的價值理念與內涵意義,因此他們無法理解ROC與PRC都是違反“住民自決、住民自治與住民立憲”理念的非法的政權,都是違反“Independent State”與“Constitutional federal republic(The United States of Asia)”理念的非法的政權,都是違反“人人被創造平等的、人享有造位主所賦予的某些不可被剝奪的權利(生命權、自由權、追其幸福的權利等) 、人民有建立政府權與革命權”理念的非法的政權!

由於“漢文化與漢文字”具有嚴重的反“Individualism, Liberalism, Individual rights and individual freedom, Freeman, Spirit of Liberty, Democracy, Rule of Law, and Human Rights”本質,因此從1912年1月1日的建立ROC(漢人大一統專制政權),到1949年10月1日的建立PRC(紅色的漢人大一統專制政權),到2009年的今天,東亞大陸人與台灣人並沒有開展過真正的Democratic Education,東亞大陸人與台灣人並沒有接受過真正的Democratic Education!

普遍的東亞大陸人與台灣人,至今還不能理解下列基本的“英文概念”與“英文版文件裡的理念” ,至今還是Liberal Democracy (or Constitutional Democracy)的文盲,不是嗎?

一, For the glory of God, and advancement of the Christian faith, and honor of our king and country, a voyage to plant the first colony in the Northern parts of Virginia, do by these presents solemnly and mutually in the presence of God, and one of another, covenant and combine ourselves together into a civil body politic, for our better ordering and preservation and furtherance of the ends aforesaid and by virtue hereof to enact constitute, and frame such just and equal laws, ordinances, acts, constitutions, and offices, from time to time, as shall be thought most meet and convenient for the general good of the colony, unto which we promise all due submission and obedience.

二, That all men are by nature equally free and independent, and have certain inherent rights, of which, when they enter into a state of society, they cannot, by any compact, deprive or divest their posterity; namely, the enjoyment of life and liberty, with the means of acquiring and possessing property, and pursuing and obtaining happiness and safety.

三, That all power is vested in, and consequently derived from, the people; that magistrates are their trustees and servants, and at all times amenable to them.

四, That government is, or ought to be, instituted for the common benefit, protection, and security of the people, nation or community; of all the various modes and forms of government that is best, which is capable of producing the greatest degree of happiness and safety and is most effectually secured against the danger of maladministration; and that, whenever any government shall be found inadequate or contrary to these purposes, a majority of the community hath an indubitable, unalienable, and indefeasible right to reform, alter or abolish it, in such manner as shall be judged most conducive to the public weal.

五, That no man, or set of men, are entitled to exclusive or separate emoluments or privileges from the community, but in consideration of public services; which, not being descendible, neither ought the offices of magistrate, legislator, or judge be hereditary.

六, That the legislative and executive powers of the state should be separate and distinct from the judicative; and, that the members of the two first may be restrained from oppression by feeling and participating the burthens of the people, they should, at fixed periods, be reduced to a private station, return into that body from which they were originally taken, and the vacancies be supplied by frequent, certain, and regular elections in which all, or any part of the former members, to be again eligible, or ineligible, as the laws shall direct.

七, That elections of members to serve as representatives of the people in assembly ought to be free; and that all men, having sufficient evidence of permanent common interest with, and attachment to, the community have the right of suffrage and cannot be taxed or deprived of their property for public uses without their own consent or that of their representatives so elected, nor bound by any law to which they have not, in like manner, assented, for the public good.

八, That all power of suspending laws, or the execution of laws, by any authority without consent of the representatives of the people is injurious to their rights and ought not to be exercised.

九, We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that they are among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. That to secure these rights, governments are instituted among them, deriving their just power from the consent of the governed. That whenever any form of government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the right of the people to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their safety and happiness.

十, Absolute Love (Love your neighbor as yourself, Love your enemy as yourself, Love each other as Jesus has loved you), Absolute Moral, Absolute Truth, Absolute Good, Absolute Beauty, Righteousness, Sacred values, Spiritual values, Spiritual Heart, Spiritual Soul, Spiritual Mind, Spiritual Ideas, Spiritual Thoughts, Human integrity, Faith, Hope, Equality, Equity, Fairness, Life, Fortitude, Courage, Joy, Happiness, Peace.

十一, Individualism, Liberalism, Individual rights and individual freedom, Freeman, Spirit of Liberty, Rule of Law, Parliamentary politics, Civil servant (Public servant), People have the inalienable right to choose their public officials and to dismiss them, Man is not free unless government is limited, The People are the Masters and the Government is the Servant, The master have right to instruct servants to do the work, That government is best which governs least, That government is best which governs not at all, Liberalization(Spiritual Liberalization, Cultural Liberalization, Economic Liberalization, Political Liberalization, Educational Liberalization).

十二, All power from the people, Limited Government(Limited power of the government), Positive Non-interventionism, Minarchism, Night Watchman State, Laissez-faire Capitalism, Flat tax and low tax policy, Liberal Democracy (or Constitutional Democracy), Constitutional federal republic.

十三, “Fight for individual dignity, freedom, justice, liberty, and human rights.’、‘Freedom is not free, you have to fight for it.”、“When one person is not free, all people are not free.”、“The Second Amendment to the United States Constitution: A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.”。

十四, Self-dignity, Self-integrity, Self-respect, Self-discipline, Self-control, Self-government, Self-responsibility, Self-protection, Self-defense, Self-directed morals, Self-enforced orientation.

十五, People have the right to choose their government, All peoples have the right of self-determination, People have the right to protect their fundamental and inalienable self-government, People have the right to establish a nation, People have the right to autonomy, People have the right to establish a Constitution, Citizens are not subordinate to the government, Human rights transcend sovereignty, Freedom of speech and press, Tripartite Separation of Powers (Separation of executive, legislative, and judicial powers), Power tends to corrupt, and absolute power corrupts absolutely.

十六, An individual person, An independent person, An independent state, All different Asian Independent States and the United States of Asia.

十七, The Pledge of Allegiance to the United States Flag : I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.

十八, George Washington曾說,“Arbitrary power is most easily established on the ruins of liberty abused to licentiousness.”、“Firearms are second only to the Constitution in importance; they are the peoples' liberty's teeth.”、“Government is not reason; it is not eloquent; it is force. Like fire, it is a dangerous servant and a fearful master.”、“If the freedom of speech is taken away then dumb and silent we may be led, like sheep to the slaughter.”、“If we desire to avoid insult, we must be able to repel it; if we desire to secure peace, one of the most powerful instruments of our rising prosperity, it must be known, that we are at all times ready for War.”、“It is impossible to rightly govern a nation without God and the Bible.”、“It may be laid down as a primary position, and the basis of our system, that every Citizen who enjoys the protection of a Free Government, owes not only a proportion of his property, but even of his personal services to the defense of it.”、“Let us with caution indulge the supposition that morality can be maintained without religion. Reason and experience both forbid us to expect that national morality can prevail in exclusion of religious principle.”

十九, Thomas Jefferson曾說,“Resistance to tyrants is obedience to God.”、“No free man shall ever be de-barred the use of arms. The strongest reason for the people to retain their right to keep and bear arms is as a last resort to protect themselves against tyranny in government.”、“The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.”、“Liberty is to the collective body what health is to every individual body. Without health, no pleasure can be tasted by man; without liberty, no happiness can be enjoyed by society.”

二十, Ronald Reagan曾說,“Concentrated power has always been the enemy of liberty.”、“Democracy is worth dying for, because it's the most deeply honorable form of government ever devised by man.”、“Freedom is never more than one generation away from extinction. We didn't pass it to our children in the bloodstream. It must be fought for, protected, and handed on for them to do the same.”、“Government does not solve problems; it subsidizes them.”、“Government is like a baby. An alimentary canal with a big appetite at one end and no sense of responsibility at the other.”、“The government's view of the economy could be summed up in a few short phrases: If it moves, tax it. If it keeps moving, regulate it. And if it stops moving, subsidize it.”、“The problem is not that people are taxed too little, the problem is that government spends too much.”、“We might come closer to balancing the Budget if all of us lived closer to the Commandments and the Golden Rule.”。

二十二,《The Mayflower Compact》(1620), 《The Virginia Declaration of Rights》(1776),《United States Declaration of Independence》(1776), 《The Articles of Confederation》, 《Thomas Paine’s Common Sense》, 《The United States Constitution》,《The Amendments to the Constitution》等文件裡的理念。

二十三, American’s Moral Foundation:《10 Commandments》(包含有‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind’與‘Love your neighbor as yourself, Love your enemy as yourself, Love each other as Jesus has loved you’理念)。
