有人說，美國是一個由流亡者所建立的國。這說法是錯誤的，因為這等於是以“希望搏取他人同情的流亡者”概念，來逃避面對“You should fight for individual dignity, freedom, justice, liberty, and human rights”、“You should be a free man anytime, anywhere.”與“People have the Right to Self-Determination”等道德理念，因為這等於是以“可恥的流亡者”概念，來直接否定“You should fight for individual dignity, freedom, justice, liberty, and human rights”、“You should be a free man anytime, anywhere.”與“People have the Right to Self-Determination”等道德責任。
所謂的“流亡者”就是“集體主義意識下的道德逃亡者”概念，就是“集體主義意識下的道德缺席者”概念，就是那些不敢當“高智晟、胡佳、陳文成、楊佳、林昭、吳樾、徐錫麟、秋瑾、溫生才、林冠慈、陳敬嶽、鐘明光、林覺民、喻培倫、 史堅如 、彭家珍、馬福益、熊成基、 禹之模、佘英、劉慎終、宋玉琳、陳可君、李文甫、陸皓東、唐才常、譚嗣同”等的人。
“A Freeman, Individual person, Independent person”是不可能認同“流亡者”概念，“A Freeman, Individual person, Independent person”是不可能自稱是“流亡者”，例如，Ayn Rand (February 2, 1905 – March 6, 1982),；由流亡者所建立的國，經常是新的專制國或奴國！
當土地的主人不敢站起來抵抗專制與暴政，不敢站起來獨立建國，而必續靠流亡者(逃離專制與暴政的人，不是屬於曼德拉式的地下武裝革命者，也不是屬於美國獨立時的武裝戰鬥者)來建國時，這說明了這些土地的主人只是奴民(Nonfreeman)，由流亡者與奴民所建立的國，經常是新的專制國或奴國。
1620年，那些從英格蘭的普利茅斯搭乘五月花號（Mayflower）客船前往美洲新大陸的清教徒，他們是追求“Freedom”的人，他們不是流亡者，他們不是以流亡者自居，他們不打算回流所謂的祖國，因為他們以新大陸為家，他們要在新大陸建立“自治的政治團體”。
他們在《The Mayflower Compact》提到，“In the name of God, Amen. We whose names are underwritten, the loyal subjects of our dread Sovereign Lord King James, by the Grace of God of Great Britain, France and Ireland, King, Defender of the Faith, etc. Having undertaken, for the Glory of God and advancement of the Christian Faith and Honour of our King and Country, a Voyage to plant the First Colony in the Northern Parts of Virginia, do by these presents solemnly and mutually in the presence of God and one of another, Covenant and Combine ourselves together into a Civil Body Politic, for our better ordering and preservation and furtherance of the ends aforesaid; and by virtue hereof to enact, constitute and frame such just and equal Laws, Ordinances, Acts, Constitutions and Offices, from time to time, as shall be thought most meet and convenient for the general good of the Colony, unto which we promise all due submission and obedience. In witness whereof we have hereunder subscribed our names at Cape Cod, the 11th of November, in the year of the reign of our Sovereign Lord King James, of England, France and Ireland the eighteenth, and of Scotland the fifty-fourth. Anno Domini 1620.”
上述這些人並沒有建立國，也對建立國沒啥興趣，他們的目的是要實現 “A Civil Body Politic under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all”與“All men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness”的理念，他們同“索忍尼辛(Aleksandr Isayevich Solzhenitsyn)、孫文、周恩來、鄧小平、許多東亞大陸民運人士與六四逃走者”等自認為是流亡者是不同的，這怎麼可能是屬於同一類的人呢？
上述這些人是要將所遷居住的美洲新大陸變成“Free Land”，他們是信仰主耶穌基督的人，他們是具有“Individualism, Liberalism, Freeman, Individual person, Independent person, ,Individual freedom, Self-dignity, Self-control, Self-government, Self-responsibility, Self-protection, Self-defense, Self-happiness, Self-directed morals, Self-enforced orientation, Self-Determination of People, Limited Government, The rule of law”意識的人！
“索忍尼辛、孫文、周恩來、鄧小平、許多東亞大陸民運人士與六四逃走者”等自認為是流亡者，卻是腳踏著“Free Land”，而心卻是綁著“種族沙文主義”與想著回國建立“新的種族沙文主義國”，他們是不具有“Individualism, Liberalism, Freeman, Individual person, Independent person, ,Individual freedom, Self-dignity, Self-control, Self-government, Self-responsibility, Self-protection, Self-defense, Self-happiness, Self-directed morals, Self-enforced orientation, Self-Determination of People, Limited Government, The rule of law”意識的人！
美國人的建國，是在美國獨立戰爭發生（American War of Independence，1775年—1783年）後的事情，這些建國者是美洲新大陸的住民，並非流亡者，他們沒有成為逃亡者與流亡者，他們沒有成為被外國政府或同情者包養的流亡者，他們也沒有成為“每年只會紀念流血受難者、發動抗議簽名與要求平反”的流亡者！
這些建國者敢於拿起武器同比他們武力更強大的壓迫者們戰鬥，他們是“Fight for individual dignity, freedom, justice, liberty, and human rights”，他們大喊“Give me liberty or give me death! ”，他們知道“Freedom is not free, you have to fight for it”，他們知道“Being a free man”的代價，他們甚至敢在《美國獨立宣言》上簽名(有56人)，他們知道簽名者若戰敗時是會被絞死的，他們並沒有煽動別人去革命流血而自己去當流亡者，他們完全敢負責任，因為他們知道他們是土地的主人！
《The United States Declaration of Independence》( JULY 4, 1776)裡說，“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.”，這是由一群無神論、奴民、逃亡者與流亡者所寫出來的文字嗎？
在此《宣言》的最後，有一段文字說，“And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor. ”，這是由一群無神論、奴民、逃亡者與流亡者所許下來的承諾嗎？
